Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Can I export data?

The only export is contacts (not cases, notes, tasks). Email support was apologetic, but not helpful. I’m currently looking into perhaps using the api to dump out the data. Any suggestions?

Topic: Highrise API / dumping out all data for an entire account? (backup)

We’ve been using highrise for a couple months, and it’s been really helpful. BUT, it turns out we should have purchased basecamp (turns out we needed a project management system more than a CRM). This week we’ve moved over to basecamp and we will be closing our highrise account soon.

anyway, highrise email support tells me that there’s no export for notes, tasks, etc (just contacts).

I’m not concerned about format; i’d be happy with just a plain text dump of everything. We just need to make sure that nothing is permanently lost.

can anyone recommend (an insanely simple ;) ) way of doing this with the api?
