Topic: Highrise API / Caller ID highrise

Hey Team, I am looking for the same solution. Has anyone moved further on this project?

Topic: How are you using Highrise? / Any report features or work arounds?

I’m also looking for a way to do reports. I think we need to track more variables like what state customers are in (prospecting, contacted..) and the time b/w those states to make reports. I hope to find something so we could use this product, it looks like more fun than any of the other CRMs out there :D
