I agree, here’s my views.

Passing URL in parameters – We have a phone system that can load a URL with the call parameters, number, name and ID record etc so the ability to pass these into search in Highrise or direct to the contact with an ID would be good.

NON password protected CSV import The phone system also has the ability to import (on a schedule) from CSV formatted data on a URL. Highrise will allow this but it requires me to enter password which this program is not capable of doing. So is it possible to change the csv export to use a unique code in the URL string that replaces the need for a U and P?

Anyone else require these?
