Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Multiple 'To' addresses don't get handled

I would love for Highrise to take care of this—I am regular writing to several people, and would like the messages to be filed under each of them, so I can remember what’s gone to each person when I am reviewing their contact record.

how do I change the contact that an e-mail is associated with? For some reason, a new e-mkail fwd just associated with a previous contact instead of creating a new one (names are not similar or anything). Why might this have happened? And, how can I force it to associate it with a new contact, and break the connection to the old one?

Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Edit Contact Page Missing "Delete this Person" box

I have a duplicate Contact record in my account - two files for the same Individual with valuable info in both - but the one that would like to make the “loser” doesn’t have a “Is this a duplicate?” box on it, in the right sidebar.

Any ideas how to combine them, or why that box would have gone missing?

Help!

We have five people using Highrise, but only three people’s work show up on the dashboard. Two people have been adding info like crazy but their work isn’t registered for others to see on the dashboard.

Is there a setting for this that I have missed?
