Topic: Feature Requests / Delete tags Hello. Good to have added “deals”, but what about “delete tag”? For example I added a tag “want-to-see” to some contacts of mine. Now I’ve met them, and I don’t need any more this tag. After having removed it from all those contacts (BTW, is there a way to remove a tag from multiple contacts at once? Maybe I’ve missed something but I had to remove the tag FROM EACH individual contact—WTF!), the tag is still there … If for example the tag woult have been “want-to-meet-october-2008” and so on, I’ll end up with tons of unused tags! Again, am I issing something or is it really true a CANNOT DELETE TAG for this system? Thank you in advance for you reply on this subject. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Mass tags assignment Martin, I agree with you. I’ve been in the same situation but with 400 contacts, and still it takes forever. Just do it as Gmail does, i.e. asks if you want to select all records (matching a query). |

Topic: Feature Requests / Tag multiple records after an import I’ve to eat my words! I’ve just notice this feature has been added. From when it was the multiple tagging of selected records possible? This is just great! Now, if we could only delete tags … :) |

Topic: Feature Requests / Tag multiple records after an import Hello. I believe this feature request came up several times in the past. When we import a set of contacts, let’s say from a list in a directory, we need to attribute those contacts (leads) to a category or two, for example: “leads”, “engineering consultants”, “not contacted”, etc. Usually, using ths HR system professionally, you do this for several hundred contacts a time, and tagging each one, with two or three tags is PAINFUL! How is it possible that this feature has not yet been implemented by you guys? I like HR very much for its intuitive interface, and sound performances and features, but given this issue I’m truly considering a suitable alternative (batchbook.com, tactilecrm.com). Unfortunately the first one, batchbook, misses email integration, and it’s interface is a little bit less streamlined than yours—but has beautiful reports, multiple tagging, and exstended-super tagging. All in all, HR is a great service/software with a stunning lack of a key feature. |

Topic: How are you using Highrise? / Have Cases made your life easier? I use cases to keep track of deal opportunities. Let’s say “Dubailand” and I attach under this case the people/leads who may be instrumental in closing a deal/opportunity represented by the case. |

Topic: System Announcements / NEW Feature: Advanced search Please, add the “Country” field to the search feature. We have contacts in more than one country, and I don’t see a reason to not add this field. Thank you! |
