Drop Down Changes and more

HR is a solid program, but it still has its shortcomings—especially for my private education business. Some suggestions: 1) Add other drop down “other”, which allows user to enter the description for phone, e-mail, and address. For example, if I selected “other”, I could then type Primary. This would also allow the user to describe an address as billing vs home. 2) Ability to erase one tag from several contacts. 3) This would be an amazing feature in my opinion. Add an archive button, just like Gmail, that allows you to place old clients on the back burner. Sure you can add an Archive tag, but it would be way more convenient to Archive old contacts. |

Highrise Inquirer – When I downloaded this program, my AVIR anti-virus went nuts and wouldn’t stop until I quarantined it. Any ideas? |
