Right now if a contact is a duplicate, an import from Basecamp just skips the import, and information added by my clients in the basecamp account does not make it over. It would be extremely useful to not have to copy and paste information between two applications that are so closely related. In fact I’m a little on the shocked side that there isn’t an easier way to sync the two. With outlook or something I understand … but another 37 signals product? I hope better integration is on the table for the next round of updates.
