Ideally, I like to see this application with emailing and list/newsletter management software built-in. This would make it the ‘complete package’ in terms of an online CRM and I would recommend it to all of my clients.

In the meantime, tight integration with MailChimp or any decent mailing list management / newsletter system would be great. eg. where opt-out / unsubscribe links would update HR so that exporting the same list next timme will not restore any emails that have been unsubscribed.

It looks like a great package but without the mailing list management features or tight integration it just seems lacking.
