When using cases it’s great to be able to attach a note to a particular person/company in that case. But it makes sense to me to be able to do the same thing with tasks in cases. So a “Attach task to this person” option for each task.

Without it there no way of quickly going to the contact page from that task. It also means the tasks in cases associated with contacts don’t appear on the contact’s page, which would be very handy!

Anyone else?
