37 Signals—you’ve added the ability to add tags to multiple contacts. This is great, but I’m wondering about the possibility of taking things further.

In DayLite (arguably a close software-based competitor for Mac users), for example, I can in a few keystrokes add either a note or, more importantly, a task to any number of contacts. This takes much, much longer in Highrise. If I’ve sent a business development letter to 20 contacts, and want to contact all of them on Wednesday next week, I have to go into each contact and enter a note (“sent letter”) and the task (“call”).

This would be a killer feature, if you could make it happen.

+1. Would be a tremendous time saver. I have a photography business and I typically want to set a task for vendors all at once for upcoming jobs. It would be great to filter by tag, then check all, and add a follow-up task like “Send thank you” or “Call” or whatever.

Would be great indeed, for instance for meeting notes involving several persons.

it is a pain in the ass when negociating with many people to keep notes in sync, that’s why you use cases.
