We often start our projects without a client assigned to them. After we get to a certain phase of development, we give the client access to that project.

At this time, we have to go through each message and make it ‘private’.

We need to make this easier. Either, allow us to set ‘private’ on projects with no client associated, or set all messages to private upon assigning a client.

The private setting would probably work for more than just Messages in this situation.
