Field Mapping for Act!9 Import

Does someone have a field listing of the Act9! contact table?

I am using a old version of Act! (Act!2000) and the contact fields are misaligned when I try an Act9! Import.

Thanks.

- or if someone with Act9! could export one contact (please doctor data as appropriate) as per http://www.highrisehq.com/help/import_export/#export_act_csv and post the two line export file I would be eternally grateful.

Thanks again

Hi dezza—ACT! 9 exports these columns:

“Add to ACT! Note”,”Alternate Phone”,”Alternate Extension”,”Birth Date”,”City”,”Country”,”E-mail”,”Address 1”,”Address 2”,”Address 3”,”Phone”,”ZIP Code”,”State”,”Extension”,”ID/Status”,”Company”,”Web Site”,”Create Date”,”Record Creator”,”Department”,”Edit Date”,”Last Edited By”,”Fax Phone”,”Fax Extension”,”First Name”,”Contact”,”Home City”,”Home Country”,”Home Address 1”,”Home Address 2”,”Home Address 3”,”Home Phone”,”Home ZIP Code”,”Home State”,”Home Extension”,”Messenger ID”,”Private Contact”,”Title”,”Last Attempt”,”Last E-mail”,”Letter Date”,”Last Meeting”,”Last Name”,”Last Reach”,”Last Results”,”Record Manager”,”Middle Name”,”Mobile Phone”,”Mobile Extension”,”Name Prefix”,”Name Suffix”,”Pager Phone”,”Pager Extension”,”Personal E-mail”,”Referred By”,”Salutation”,”Spouse”,”User 1”,”User 10”,”User 2”,”User 3”,”User 4”,”User 5”,”User 6”,”User 7”,”User 8”,”User 9”

Any order is fine as long as they’re lined up with the appropriate data.

Does Highrise actually import waht ACT! 9 exports? As an example, where do the user fields go?
