Hi,

I run an insurance company and am interested in giving agents an online crm tool. I’ve been looking at other CRM’s and they are ok, but i’m intrigued by Highrise. My only question is “how customizable is highrise?” I would need to add my logo, and change field names and possibly add a contact form.

Is any of this possible?

Logo = yes, rest = no.

Well, that’s not entirely true.

Using the API you could write tons of customization and use Highrise as your backend.
