I understand how to forward an email I receive to Highrise so it gets assigned to the right contact. If I reply to that person and CC: Highrise does my reply get assigned to my contact or to me? Apologies if this is a simple question. |

Sorry, no answer but empirical evidence demonstrates that the reply is added as a note to yourself. IMHOP, this isn’t useful. In the case of replies I think the conversation should be attached to the contact with the last email address in the thread. This should also happen if you forward a thread of messages (e.g. your reply to mails from a contact) to HR instead of using the first FROM field in the thread (which is you). It would also be useful to be able to move (and copy?) notes from one contact to another with HR as well as assign them to more than one case. |
