I would like an online system to consolidate all of my contacts from facebook, myspace, tribe, etc. The part that is most important is a system that will allow me to easily retrieve all of the emails so that I can send event updates to all of them.

Is Highrise a good choice for this? Can I export emails in a fashion such that I can just cut and paste into my gmail?
