This may be covered elsewhere in the forum, but I can’t find it!

I’m a new user and have imported my contacts. I’m now trying to send old emails to Highrise to get attached to the contacts, but everything I try gets rejected. I know to have FW in the subject line, and I’m creating new emails with the original recipient’s email address at the top of the text body. I don’t want to resend the email cc’ing or bcc’ing the original respondent.

Please advise. Thanks!
