I’m using Highrise as our CRM system with our company. It allows us to have a transparent view of all contacts we are making on behalf of our clients. I’m currently using Highrise in lieu of having my employees waste their time with significant reporting as the data and information is already in Highrise.

Today, I’m having them tag each contact by client and month so I can run a multiple tag search and then export into an Excel spreadsheet. I’m trying to figure out and/or hire someone to help me set up an automatic export that also includes the notes for these contacts.

I know 37 Signals and Highrise support doesn’t currently offer this export feature (contact notes) but figured someone on this forum might have a solution. We’re willing to pay someone to set this up for our company.
