Cases not show at Contacts, how to solve?

We are working a lot with the cases and add the different contact persons, which works fine. But when our sales people are calling contacts they do not see the cases on which the client (contact person) is involved. Is there a possiblities to see the cases on the contact form? If not can the people of highrise update there system with this possibility, so the cases are shown on the right.

Yes. I agree. The cases should be cross-referenced with the contact, not necessarily all the info on the case, but just a link to it, similar to how a Deal is shows up on the company/contact details.
