Monitoring a team using Highrise?

I as a business owner have started trying highrise recently and am concerned about how can I see user activities of team members. I would be interested in checking who did what in a day, how many records were edited etc. As the notes here are not “read only” and do not date and time stamping, how do you monitor a team’s work in a day or over a period. I would be keen in seeing whether the right effort is put in on a day to day basis, rather than just looking at results. While it is understandable that highrise makes it more productive as it is designed for “the way we work”, does anyone have any ideas on how can monitoring be done by a business owner. I have tried ACT and Salesforce and both provide reporting. If I can do it with Highrise, I am fully sold!! Look forward to your ideas. Thanks, |

VK, The work around (not perfect but it works) is that the user tags the note with his name. This way I can search a name and get the notes he has entered. It’s an extra step and sometimes it gets dropped but it works. As far as I know, the notes are date and time stamped as to when they were entered and are editable. Hope this helps. Dusty |

Dusty, Thanks for your work around input. I shall get back with my experience as soon as I am able to test this out VK |

Hmm, yes it worked and I found a way of grouping each person along with me. So I can monitor everyone’s activity through tags and they do not see each others contacts as they are in different groups. |
