Drop Box not working this morning?

The last few emails I have forwarded into Highrise have not appeared in the dashboard – any ideas where they went ?

Is there a backlog somewhere ?

It’s still not accepting any new emails – and they are not bouncing back either.

This is still occurring for me today. It seems to right itself later in the day but doesn’t work in the mornings.

I’ve been having issues with this for awhile. It still persists today. I sent several emails last night and this morning into my dropbox. I know it’s not user error.
