Drop Box not working this morning?

The last few emails I have forwarded into Highrise have not appeared in the dashboard – any ideas where they went ? Is there a backlog somewhere ? |

It’s still not accepting any new emails – and they are not bouncing back either. |

This is still occurring for me today. It seems to right itself later in the day but doesn’t work in the mornings. |

I’ve been having issues with this for awhile. It still persists today. I sent several emails last night and this morning into my dropbox. I know it’s not user error. |
