Is there a way to permanently set the contact list filtering to “All People”?

If I bounce in and out of the master contact list, Highrise by default displays the list as “All People & Companies”, which always makes the list twice as long as it needs to be. Regardless of the fact that I change the view to “all people” each time… whenever I again click on the contact list, it defaults back to “All people and companies”.

This is very frustrating.
