Multiple 'To' addresses don't get handled

It seems that if I email several people (two names in the to: field) and BCC highrise – the note is only connected to the first name on the list..

Is that the designed behaviour? Is there any work around to get the note attached to all receipents?

Any update on this? It looks like emails aren’t processed at all if there are multiple people on the TO: field…

Well, I’m canceling our account before the first month only because of this.

HR is truly great, but this bug (it’s a bug or laziness from your part if you don’t consider it a bug) makes it more confusing for my team than anything else. The whole point is to keep track of the communication channels with individuals, and not handling multiple To: addresses makes no sense at all.

And no, I won’t ask my team to start creating notes to cope with that: in this case, HR makes it just more difficult to do their jobs than sticking with emails, and I’m not going to make their job more difficult to do…

An update on this or at least an explanation as to why you don’t fix this seems in order IMHO.

Best,

- Julien

I would love for Highrise to take care of this—I am regular writing to several people, and would like the messages to be filed under each of them, so I can remember what’s gone to each person when I am reviewing their contact record.

I got bitten by this the other day. Forwarding e-mails to Highrise has been so natural I never even thought to check. It was only a couple of days later when the second person I’d sent the e-mail “to:” phoned about it, that I realised it was missing in his Highrise history.

Until this is fixed it at least needs to be documented somewhere in the help/FAQ?

It’s not going to stop me using it but this feature would be a really useful addition to a great app.
