Scenario:
A HR contact emails me a file (lets say its their CV).

Next Step:
I want to attach their CV to that user in HR.

Is there a way to do this by forwarding the email to my dropbox?

You need to create the Person in Highrise before it can detect that you are forwarding mail from that Person.
