Creating New User Info via Email

Ok – I create new users in HR by forwarding emails to my dropbox all the time. Then I have to go in and edit the new users details (name, address, phone info etc.)

Is there a way I could do this automatically?

For example, could I add in some lines at the top of the email like:

Phone: 0115 1234567
First_Name: Jon
Last_Name: Harkes

I know that HR already scans the email (because it looks for the From: text when it receives an email) so I though there may be some functionality / hack out there that allows this?

I would have thought there would have been a need for this before.
