Does anybody have any tips for how to nicely format the CSV file that Highrise spits out?

I know I can use Excel or Outlook but I’m trying to skip that step. I would like a program that opens the CSV and then outputs a nice little phone book that I can stick in my car.

Anybody have any ideas???

Good post. I need the same for use with email campaign apps.

Data Junction allows an easy way of mapping data from one format to another.

Highrise Inquirer will export in XML format, but that’s hardly easier to read.
