Website Form import to Highrise

Basecampe, Highrise, Campfire…idea behind ‘em all, “make things easier and more organized”. I, probably like a lot of other people, are looking into automating as many tasks as possible these days.

One of which being a contact form I currently have on my site. I know I could do the forward to my @####.highrisehq.com e-mail, but I’m pretty sure that only accepts the “From:” line. In which case I would have to enter the phone, fax, address, etc. Is there a certain way I can set up an e-mail to import all of this info. If I sent the email with certain tags in it: <firstname>Joe</firstname> <city>Chicago</city> <state>IL</state> etc. could I auto-populate that contact form? Or, by setting the action on my form a particular URL, etc.

Thanks in advance.

I need this as well, although I’m willing to make it work myself through the API. But for that I need the API. (This is the “deal breaker” feature for us so far. FWIW.)

Same issue, its in several other threads also. Is parsing other fields from an email supported? On the roadmap for the product?
update HR please.

same issue, but was wondering if it’s possible to do it via RSS, like from a Wufoo Form, etc.
