Topic: Campfire / Guest URL

Any suggestions on getting around the fact that the guest access url changes every time guest access is disabled/enabled?

I want to link to CF from my site and use it as a support tool. When I enable guest access, the url changes and the link to CF from our site no longer works.

I considered locking the room, but when a user tries to access, there is no error message or explanation – it just bounces back to the login screen.

Does the API allow for any trickery that would let it detect rooms associated with an account and direct traffic to a specific one?
