It seems that it’s certain file types that Safari has trouble uploading. If I try to upload a tiny .jsx (InDesign script file; 958 bytes) as an attachment to a message/comment it will silently fail (no error message). If I try to manually upload the file, it will fail with the error “File upload failed: You must specify at least one file to upload”. If I first compress the file (.zip), Safari uploads in either case without fail. And this is with Safari 3.0.4 (Mac OS X 10.5.1).
