Topic: Feature Requests / [UPDATE] image is empty in e-mail notifications It’s great to have the little green UPDATE image inserted for the text string [UPDATE] but in e-mails the actuall text string should remain. At the moment, the plain text e-mails don’t show anything in place of the image. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Clients Need Message Tab How about writing a standard welcome message that you post on all new projects? |

Topic: Feature Requests / basic calendar - separate from milestone I’d also appreciate a separate calendar – one like in Backpack would be just excellent, but it wouldn’t have to be that elaborate (drag & drop moving of dates would not be necessary, IMHO). |

Topic: How are you using Basecamp? / Do you use Basecamp's time tracking? I use tickspot.com. I use its dashboard widget as a timer and after completion of a task as a quick way of logging the time into the system. |

Topic: System Announcements / How many Basecamp accounts do you have or are you a part of?
Yes, same here. I also realised that I had to manually enter the OpenID everytime I opened a new browser window which is not very convenient. For Highrise I could go back to normal login but BC doesn’t accept it. |

Topic: Tips & Tricks / Transfer account ownership to another company?
I suppose it is. Otherwise I must have been blind for a couple of long months :-). |

Topic: Tips & Tricks / Transfer account ownership to another company? OK – I found a solution. I realised that I can assign people to a different company. I hadn’t been aware of that. So I assigned the existing accounts to my (the account owner) company, then renamed it and finally removed the “user-free” company from all projects it had previously been assigned to. After that I could delete the original company and now have my colleagues in my own company. |

Topic: Tips & Tricks / Transfer account ownership to another company? Would a different approach work: can I copy people from one company to another without changing their login details? |

Topic: Tips & Tricks / Transfer account ownership to another company? I think I didn’t make clear one point: I want to “join” the new account owner company, basically I want transfer my account over. Perhaps an example: At the moment I’m in company “A” and I’m account owner. There are some people already established in company “B”. Today, I’m part of company “B” and I want to reflect that in Basecamp. So I want to create a new account for myself in “B” (or move my original account from “A” to “b”) which should become account owner. Afterwards, I could delete company “A”. |

Topic: Tips & Tricks / Transfer account ownership to another company? I started out using BC for me privately (I’m a teacher). Now, we’ve adopted it in my school to manage the projects we have there. However, I created my account on my name and made it my company name. Later I created a new company with the school’s name. Is it possible now to make this new company the “account owner” company? I haven’t found a way to so. Thanks for any hints. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Love the new dashboard layout, can we have it in Overview too? I like both Dashboard and overview a lot – thanks, they’re both much tidier now. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Printing of tables in messages I just printed a message with a data table in it for the first time and there don’t seem to be any table styles. The font-size is bigger than with paragraphs and there are no lines to indicate a table. Overall, the data in a table is very hard to read this way. |
