This is a daily annoyance, especially when I have multiple contractors that need the same message. If 37signals can do it, we should too!

I agree.

We have a number of projects being administered by partners outside of our office, with our collaboration. We would like to be able to send out reminders, fresh info, etc. to all of the program coordinators at once, instead of continually copying and pasting.

I have one project called “Basecamp Help & Announcements” that everyone has access to. I post welcome information for new users there, as well as hints and tips and any service announcements from 37signals. Today I posted a message about how we have more file storage space (thanks to Jason & co. for that).
