When you delete people from your company, their history/info does not disappear. I agree though, it would be nice to archive them.

Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Images corrupted between Mac and PC

Sorry if this is a repeat question, I couldn’t find anything looking back or searching.

I work on a PC and am constantly pulling images and uploading them to Basecamp for our creative team to use. When they use their Macs to download the images, the files are scrambled and do not open correctly. Seems to only happen with JPEG’s. Is this a bug or is there a way to get around this on the program?

Ah, thanks for the explanation Jason. I know they show up as thumbnails on Entourage for our designers so I figured it was a fairly simple thing to do.
