Topic: Campfire / Transcripts? I might be asking a different sort of question, but this topic seems related: when anyone from my company goes into the campfire area, they get transcripts and the search field. When my clients go into the chat area, they get neither. Is it possible to make a change so that clients get the same access to search and transcripts that I have? -jody |

Topic: Feature Requests / formatting tips, hints I searched and only found two threads that reference this, so I thought it might be worth a post all its own: What happened to the formatting tips or hints? -jody |

Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Apple iCal or .Mac truncating calendar link? Hi, I’m having an odd problem that I think is being caused by .Mac syncing: I subscribe to a calendar in Basecamp at work. All works fine and as I work .Mac is syncing up my calendar information (set “automatically) in the background so I can access it at home. At home, however, the calendar doesn’t load: the URL which is originally something like “webcal://modwest.clientsection.com/feed/project_ical?token=[stringofcharacters]&project_id=696461” gets truncated down to just “webcal://modwest.clientsection.com/feed/project_ical”. I’m not positive that the URL truncation is happening during .Mac syncing, but it’s my best guess right now. So, in the end, I may not even be asking this question in the right forums, perhaps I should be asking Apple, but I’m curious if anyone else is seeing or has seen this same behavior. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Jody |

Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / anyone can see files on my sftp server slapshotw’s right. We set our htaccess to “Options – Indexes” (no space before “Indexes”) and that took care of it. Not sure the “All” is necessary—someone else would have to commment. |
