Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Emails getting picked up by spam The part that bugs people the most is the Welcome message gets pushed to the spam folder of Outlook. It’s hard to ask each new user to whitelist the address before they get their first message. gbs |

Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Download blank screen We have a client who is using IE7. When they click on a file to download they get a white screen and nothing more. They have turned off pop up blocking as a test but no luck. What else could it be? Others have no problem. gbs |

Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Writeboards not working? I cannot create any Writeboards. I’ve tried with Vista and Server 2003 (IE 7). Ah, I just tried in Server 2000 and it worked (IE 6). Wow, you’d think that would be fixable. |

Topic: Feature Requests / Admin or project lead It would be great if we could assign an admin to a specific project as opposed to globally. I’m thinking it could be a project lead type person who could maintain their project with similar abilities to an admin. gbs |

Topic: How are you using Basecamp? / Different project permissions This may be just what I am looking for. I see where you mark a file as private but where do you specify which people can see this private file? And can I do that on a per project basis? gbs |

Topic: How are you using Basecamp? / Different project permissions I was thinking that was the case. So there’s no way to limit some content to specific users? gbs |

Topic: How are you using Basecamp? / Different project permissions I am interested in moving from our existing FTP server to Basecamp. With FTP I will create a root folder and then several sub folders for each project. Our staff has access to all files and folders. Consultants and clients have access to their respective sub folder. Can I mimic this with Basecamp? gbs |
