My recommendation would be reduce your coffee intake by at least one half.

If there was a salesforce.com w/ highrise interface, I would take it. For now, I’m sticking with Highrise.

NOTE TO 37: Please don’t take my/our loyalty for granted. Personally, I’m sticking around because

a) even though it causes me frustrations, it’s very usable compared to other systems.
b) I expect that it will quickly get better… and you guys will respond to the needs that we voice.

That doesn’t mean that if another system came along that was easy to use and had better functionality (i.e. better tags, better search, etc) that we wouldn’t leave. Basically, you guys make excellent products but don’t think they are good enough as is, especially not HR.

I believe a lot of people probably share this sentiment so I thought I would voice it.

digispire, we care a lot (no one has posted more in these forums than I have), but we don’t respond to every single post every single time. We do read everything, and review and consider the requests regularly, but as it says in the sidebar on the front screen, we can’t chime in on everything.

Your request(s) have been noted.

All I was trying to say is that basing your decision to not use Highrise on not getting a response within a few hours in an unofficial forum is probably not the best method.

Digispire, I’m not sure that Highrise is what is immature here. On the front page of this forum is this: Not for official support
While the staff from 37signals may chime in, these forums are not for official support or response. If you need support click the “Help” button inside Highrise.
So, the fact that you haven’t gotten an immediate response in a place that is not for official support is a pretty foolish test.
