Basecamp isn’t experiencing any problems that we’re aware of. If you’re still having problems, contact support and we’ll help you out.

Our Basecamp looks to be experiencing downtime. It is 11:44am est. and when logged in to basecamp the site is all jumbled up. Can logins be suspended until the site is fixed? a message placed on the login screen or something?

I’m not able to post messages with attachments. I’ve attached two files (less than 1MB in size) and the message is never posted. I tried several times, but it gets stuck on the blue loading bar. Is the system still down?

A late amendment to T-Mobile Austria, since I can’t seem to get the SMS-feature to work.

T-Mobile only accepts Mail-to-SMS-messaging with a 4-digit-PIN as the subject line, which is assigned to the sender upon the first attempt to send a message. It subsequently has to be used within 3 days and thereafter expires after 60 days of not using it. I don’t know if that requirement is reflected under the hood of Backpack’s reminder service. If not, please implement it. The PIN seems to stick as long as it is used once every 60 days, so it should be manageable.

Thanks
Markus

In belgium note that it’s impossible with Mobistar. What a pity! ;-(
Mobistar’s Helpdesk answered me the following message earlier today:
Cher Monsieur;

Just wondering—are SMS providers still being added? I noticed that there has not been an update in many months.

Vodafone Sweden has been bought by Telenor, turning into Telenor Sweden in 2006. Their website redirects from vodafone.se to telenor.se

I can only imagine that any SMS:es sent are lost. No idea if you can just switch over to using @telenor.se, but it’s worth a shot. I’ve tried sending tests to both the ‘Telenor’ and ‘Vodafone Sweden’ options without any success.

Also, what is required of the number entered? Country code (i.e 0046), dropping the initial (“useless”) number in the area-code?

They only accept the number itself, no country codes in front of it.

The search box seems to interpret everything as a phrase. Anyone found a way to search for “this AND that”?

Hmmm. I do a search for “writeboards” and the first result is “Using jpegs in Writeboards”. So now I go back and search for “Using jpegs in Writeboards” (or even just “writeboards jpegs”) and get no results …

I’d like BT Mobile in the UK, please. Unfortunately I can’t get them to tell me the email gateway, or even acknowledge that such a thing exists…

Hi,

Can you add SMS gateway for Orange in Poland?

XXXXXXXXX@orange.pl

You can create this alias using “Multibox”. XXXXXXXXX is 9-digits phone number /without country code/.
