Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Text sizes in Messages

I find the inconsistency in text sizing throughout a message very disjointing. My workaround is to use “Command -” to change the overall font size on the page, which helps it look a little less horsey.

Unfortunately, this is a less-than-impressive feature of Basecamp and is surprising to read that it is intentional. It really impacts our decision to invite clients into a project (as it doesn’t look very professional)... and from a PR standpoint, is unfortunate for 37signals, since we could be helping spread the word about their otherwise fantastic product.
