Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Unwanted formatting in comments

One of my users is getting portions of her comments formatted as pre and code. It makes it very small, it won’t wrap and it’s difficult to read. There’s no way she is putting the formatting codes in for this on purpose and accidental seems unlikely.
