Topic: Feature Requests / Due dates for To-Dos This looks good to me! Any idea how much $$ you’re looking at for this kind of system? How will it plug in to my Basecamp? Anything we can see/trial yet? |

Topic: System Announcements / Basecamp interruption of service help me… my fingers have been chewed down to mere stubs and my keyboard is covered in gooey flesh (I am finding somewhat easier to type however). is this a RoR problem or DNS? please tell us what’s going on. lack of communication is the worst! if it’s RoR you’re gonna get it good |

Topic: Feature Requests / Posting comments to a message by replying If in an email it describes exactly who is going to be updated by an email-based comment and there were clear instructions on what will make up the body of the message it would be brilliant and I would definitely encourage its use. Best way to rule out unnecessary content is search for a particular string in the reply i.e. # START COMMENT # [Comment body] # END COMMENT # The do-not-reply address should be changed to something like comments@ or more specific to the particular message it relates to (thus reducing the chance of corruption) |

Topic: Feature Requests / Ability to Link Messages and To Dos I would really like to see this done through a direct structure in the application as opposed to through a hack. We’re using BC as a basic bug-tracking system as well. New bug messages are assigned a task in a related to-do list. Providing an automatic link between task and message would save us a great deal of time. |
