Topic: Basecamp interruption of service Hi are we having problems with basecamp this pm – I now have a very pretty box up in the center of the screen with Basecamp interruption notification. saying to press the back button and that you are aware of the problem and then you press refresh and it takes a while to refresh. |

Topic: Basecamp interruption of service Did anyone experience any problems accessing Basecamp today for about five minutes at 1900? We also had problems with Campfire – reporting something about a problem starting a Rails application. |

Topic: Error Message - Basecamp is down Hi Simone, We’re terribly sorry, but a glitch in a recent system upgrade caused the system to halt for about 1 hour this morning (from about 4:30 CST or 10:30 GMT). The system is now back up and we’ve found and remove the bug that caused this. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. We know how important Basecamp is to you all and any interruption in service can be very disruptive. Please accept our deepest apologies. |

Topic: Error Message. here’s an idea. If there is an issue with time differences meaning that us folks east of the US get left alone when things go wrong, why not have a very small and trusted team of moderators/liaison people/trouble shooters who can see when something breaks and have a hot line to 37S. |

Topic: Basecamp interruption of service Yep back here to. Take another look at the status page is still dated March the 9th. It’s obviously not an automated system, which begs the question, why have it all? I lost approaching 18 hours of agency time because of this blip this morning. I expect to hear from 37S. When they wake up. |
