Strongspace (Moving Files)
I use Joyent product Strongspace to store my files. In a couple of months they will no longer offer this product and am trying to figure out what to do with my files. I am not receiving a positive response from basecamp or strongspace…Anyone have a suggestion for what to do?
See exchange below:

Hi Sterling,
While we understand your situation, we really can’t offer customized options for you to move or remap your files from Strongspace. We’ve looked into it extensively, and unfortunately there just isn’t a way for us to do this that wouldn’t end up being a very time consuming event for our staff. We just don’t have the resources to make this possible for you.

Can you share in words the limitations to you being able to address (be transparent about the issues), so that somebody else can addres the problem. At the bare minimum can you try to publicly try to address the problem and worse case, those impacted can get some third party to try to solve it. > > Your e-mail while commisserating with my situation seems to fall short for a loyal Basecamp customer (i.e. disciple). > > sta > 202.487.8376
As I’ve said before, we have already looked into alternatives extensively and concluded this issue is beyond our control. Our lead programmer has investigated all possible solutions and again, we realize that we do not have the resources required to involve ourself in this huge undertaking.
While we empathize with your situation, we simply aren’t going to be able to help you move or remap your files, at any cost.
