We’re unable to custom map or manually move files from a third party service.

We certainly appreciate your business as a long time customer, and are happy to help you with anything inside Basecamp proper, but at this time we aren’t able to transfer and remap files from an external service onto Basecamp storage. It’s a custom one-off request which we aren’t structured to fulfill.
