I just emailed them now to make an official request. I guess I got spoiled by Freshbook’s staff contributing to their forums that I assumed 37signals at least listened as well. Hopefully others will email if they have a feature request.

If I had an image of a website I would like my clients to be able to mark directly on the document what needs to be changed. This could be used with pen tools like those in Boxcloud, (which has an interface similar to Basecamp), so I would hope this can be possible?

Have you tried Freshbooks, I use that with my BC account. It pretty much does everything you just asked. You may want to ask them about the custom invoices though.

Hi, I tried going to the Grabsync website and it’s been down for a while now. Does anyone know if Grabsync is even still around? I tried emailing the parent company Softomate but no answer.
