Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Search Function not returning any results

I am trying to use the search function more often and am finding that my searches are returning no results. This is happening while searching in projects and across all project for terms that I know are listed.

Topic: Feature Requests / Maintain title fomat of "older messages" in list view

We utilize Messages to categorize various geographical sites we are working on for clients. We use an alphabetical system to “code” them which is shown before the site name. We also color code the title to quickly show which sites are lacking certain elements. In the “older messages” view, which is necessary since we track over 100+ sites at a time, the syntax shows instead of the title with its formatting. For instance, instead of Randolph High School showing up in RED, the older messages list view shows Randolph High School. Is there a way to modify this.

By the way, we couldn’t manage our projects with clients all over the country without your product. Keep up the good work!

Topic: Troubleshooting and Bug Reports / Missing Messages in Categories

I have about 50 separate messages in a certain “category”. The problem is only 25 or 30 of them show up once I have that category selected and there is no way to view the rest. The only way to view all of them is to select the “messages” main tab but then their dumped into all of my messages from all my categories. Am I missing something?

Topic: Feature Requests / Milestone movement tracking

I strongly agree. It seems our clients are consistently missing milestones and instead of staring the red late reminder in the face, they wish us to move the milestone. We obviously need to comply but also need to be able to show the project is running overdue because of their non compliance. This would really help. Keith.
