Can anyone help with this? I’ve updated Outlook with the latest patches and am still having the problem. It occurs mostly when people tick-off to-dos. They simply do not register as “new”. But if you open the feed they will all have registered correctly, but “greyed-out” as if they’ve already been seen and read.

Has anyone experienced this and found a fix?

I’m having a similar issue.

I have several projects I need to track, each with a separate feed to Outlook ‘07. There can be more than four hours between a change being made in Basecamp and the notification coming in to Outlook. I’ve also had a situation where several projects will be updated simultaneously, and a report will come in for one immediately, then nothing from the others for several hours.

Also, sometimes the “new mail” [1] simply won’t appear. If I click on a folder, there can be several updates that never registered.

Any thoughts would be appreciated – it may just be me!
