Hi, i’ve been trying to get details of all the people in the company. For a client account i get a 403 error, and after reading through the API Documentation, i found that for a client account this functionality is not yet supported. Also when using a company account, there are times with i don’t get any response from the API.

Anybody else having the same problem?

No, I’m not seeing any no-response problems. The API has only been flaky a couple times in the last few years and those were because of significant infrastructure changes… I would first check your network status and the ability to view BC’s servers via the normal web interface…
