For the chat feature – I am in the Files, Transcripts & Search, but do not see any way to delete old chats that are no longer significant or are of employees just catching up with each other. What’s the secret? I have administrator rights and want to get rid of the deadwood.

Clipper, do you not have a “Delete transcript” link next to the Transcript name? For each day, you should see something along the lines of:

Today, March 5 Chatroom name Delete transcript

(Used as much formatting there as possible to differentiate…)
