It now only lists Max, Plus, and Free. Have the other price/feature points been eliminated?

No, they’re still there. We’re just currently experimenting with promoting less plans at signup as to not overwhelm people with the paradox of choice. You can still upgrade/downgrade to the remaining plans once you’ve signed up (either starting from free or from one of the other pay plans).
