From the wording I thought I was going to get an upgrade coupon AND ten dollars off my next bill. All I got was a coupon code for a discount on upgrading only. I recommend rewording the last sentence to something like this:

When you complete the survey you’ll receive a $10-off coupon you can use to upgrade your account.

I actually recommend that they just give us $10 off our next month’s subscription. It’s pretty lame that they ask people to participate in their survey and some how used it as a way to try and get more revenue for themselves. We have to upgrade to get $ 10??? What if don’t need an upgrade? I just wasted time filling out that survey.
