Email Notifications

I am not able to receive email notifications from subscribe projects. I have double checked my email address to see if it was entered incorrectly, checked spam folder, whitelisted my basecamp account domains. I am lost and I have contacted support and not heard anything in a week! So I thought I would come to the community :) Thanks

Hi Austin,

We read and reply to every email we’ve received, and haven’t gotten any emails from you. Are you certain your email was sent successfully? Did you use our support form?
