Can't change my company as account owner

First off – great software guys – this is a fantastic application. I’ve sent an email to customer services with still no reply… big negative guys.

I want to change my company as the account owner. The company I originally used to sign-up is just one of the companies I’m involved with and I’d like to use my holding company as the main company profile

HELP

Hi Jman,

We read and reply to every email we receive, and haven’t received one from your email address. Are you certain it was sent successfully?

As the account owner, you can’t change companies unless you manually rename the company you are a part of.
